Yeah! This technique works so well for the bar scene and the spaces that have a lot of depth. Looking killer.

yeah, the bar scene is fantastic. love the pacing and the gestures in the bodies too.

LOVE it Jed. Spaces and architectures are fantastic, with a 3-D feeling, really. The shading is awesome, I especially liked the lineart of the bartender's hands handing them the bottles. And in the story it's all about the pace and the silence/words. Well done.
